Her journey extends beyond sales, as she has delved into the intricacies of office administration, gaining invaluable insights into the backend of the business.

As a long-time resident of Union County, her familiarity with Union, Essex, Morris, Middlesex, and Somerset Counties is unparalleled.

Transitioning from sales to mentorship, Rachel embraced her role as an Agent Development Specialist (A.D.S.) at Coldwell Banker Realty. Outside of her professional endeavors, Rachel finds fulfillment in family, community, and philanthropy. Alongside her husband, she raised two sons in Scotch Plains and cherishes moments with her granddaughters in Ohio. She also cherishes the companionship of her rescue pets and delights in gardening and actively engaging with her community.
